All the serial murders began practicing their craft on animals. Without intervention, kids who commit violent crimes against animals grow up to commit violent crimes against humans.

In 2002, Florida voters said they wanted universal pre-kindergarten options. With the program to begin in August this year, Florida legislators are failing to budget the money providers need. For less than one dollar per hour more per child providers will be able to educate our preschoolers and not just baby-sit them. Isn’t that what voters intended?
